Design and print invoices with your own brand

Open Settings → Invoice design. Until you save a change, invoices print with the standard design.

What can you change?

• Template & colours: layout, accent colour, font, paper size, the default invoice language, and labels in both languages.
• Logo: where it appears and how large.
• Content: the QR code, the columns of the lines table and the blocks shown.
• Bank details: payment instructions printed on the invoice (bank name and IBAN).
• Header & footer notes: free text above and below the invoice.

The preview shows the invoice exactly as it will print.

Printing and PDF

• On the invoice page choose Print (Arabic) or Print (English), then the Print button at the top. The button does not appear on paper.
• Save it as PDF from the browser's print window, or download the ready PDF from the invoice page.

Only your brand

Invoices, share links, the customer portal and emails to your customers carry only your company's name and logo, never Shamel Hub.

The QR code is required on simplified invoices. Only hide it if you know what you are doing.
