Set up your company before the first invoice

Enter your VAT number, CR number and national address so your invoices are correct and accepted by ZATCA.

Updated October 23, 2026

Every tax invoice carries the seller details exactly as they were when it was issued, so complete your company details first.

Steps

  1. Open Settings → Company.
  2. Under Identity, enter the company name in Arabic and English, the VAT number (15 digits, starting and ending with 3) and the CR number.
  3. Under National address, enter the building number (4 digits), street, district, city, postal code (5 digits) and additional number (4 digits). You find them on Subl or on your national address certificate.
  4. Under Numbering & terms, choose the invoice number prefix (for example INV) and the default payment terms in days.
  5. Press Save.

The ZATCA readiness card

After saving, the ZATCA readiness card shows what is left:

  • Blocking: must be fixed before you connect to ZATCA (for example a missing VAT number).
  • Advisory: does not stop you, but improves the invoice.

When it says "All checks passed", the company is ready for ZATCA onboarding.

Note: changing company details does not change invoices you already issued. They stay exactly as issued, which is what ZATCA requires.

Logo and invoice look

Upload your logo and pick colours in Settings → Invoice design. Your invoices and their share links show only your company's name and logo.
