Turn modules on or off
Hide what you don't need from the menu without losing any data, and bring it back any time.

Shamel Hub has many modules (inventory, payroll, fixed assets, payment reminders…). Not every company needs everything, so you can hide what you don't use.
Steps
- Open Settings → Modules.
- Switch off the module you don't need.
- It disappears from the menu for everyone in this company.
What happens to the data?
- Nothing is deleted. Switch the module back on and all its records are there again.
- While it is off, the system refuses new records for that module.
- The setting is per company: one company can use payroll while another does not.
Modules you cannot switch off
The essentials such as e-invoicing and accounting are always on. The help centre and support are also available to every customer and are not listed on this page.
The module is not in your plan?
A module with an upgrade badge is not included in your current plan. The owner can upgrade under Settings → Subscription.
Modules that need an outside account (payment gateway, SMS) only work after you add your own account keys in their settings.
